Aspen Public House is a modern gastropub located in the Wheeler Opera House building in the heart of downtown Aspen. We are currently open every day, serving dinner & late night cocktails as well as lunch on the weekends.

The Public House culinary program is driven by our executive chef, Douglas Lopez. With a fine dining pedigree, Douglas works with local farmers whenever possible to curate a modern gastropub menu unique to Aspen.

With the recent loss of many local favorites around Aspen, The Public House hopes to fill the void and create a familiar hangout, both day and night.We are family friendly and our central Aspen patio is one of the best in town. The vibrant late night bar scene is complete with a full service bar, offering local beer, craft cocktails and an outstanding selection of wines.
